A nice drive, Parkers Mill Road quickly leaves the city behind. This classic midcentury home is similarly designed to the series of Lane Allen homes just a short distance away. It is unknown if the developer was the same. The large scale still appears suited to its surroundings unlike the bloated Estates on the right hand side opposite it. Be sure to look for another great ranch home on the same side of the road just a bit further up. kymodern will be featuring it as well in the future. Also, just a short driver further up Versailles Road will bring you to the great cubic home and Isenhour home both in the Colony.

One of the series of great little houses all in a row on Lane Allen. The treed lots make photography a bit difficult, but they are easy to view in real life. This one is great because there has been no effort to conceal the glass that spans the entire front half of the house.
